Don't compare it to The Thick of It, they're both very different shows.

It's great, up there with prime Simpsons and Arrested Development.

It's pretty funny, certainly doesn't reinvent the wheel.

It can be hard to stomach sometimes if you have a low tolerance for cringe.

It has its moments, though feels like it's fallen off a bit this season. Dreyfus pretty much singlehandedly carries the whole show though, although the aids Ben and Kent are also pretty good

That bitch can carry anything she wants. She's incredible. The New Adventures of Old Christine was by no measure a great comedy, but she was great in it. And the amazing thing is that she does characters that are completely different to each other.
