Nope. Secure the Galactic Perimeter is the only one I can even remember happening in that movie, and it's not really because of the song. The editing itself is really great in that part, and it feels sort of like a climax.
The music itself is boring, directionless, and consists of hilarious lyrics that go something like (this is memory here, people) "The vacuum gypsy marinated the cosmic order is supreme serendipity, guiding light toward the effervescent Tootsie Roll!!"
