when was the last time any comedian was legitimately funny in the past 3 years? louis ck, bill burr, chappelle, all subpar shit from them because they got too big and didn't have to try anymore, and i haven't seen any new guys get to the levels those guys touched

watch anything from early/mid 2000s of any of these guys and compare it to now, it's really sad. it seems like all of them get like 1, maybe 2 perfect specials, and it just goes down from there.

I think he was damn good when he first started. But ultimately what led to his demise was that he became way too famous, way too fast.
