And it took me several seconds of looking at the full size pic before I realized the person I thought was a fat neckbeard guy was actually Lena Dunham.

I get why she appeals to plain women, fat women, hipster women, etc; She's a very gross woman that's not body conscious (often full nude) so ANYONE will feel better about their shit body in comparison to her...
