I did try PRP which is cheap where I live and my hair seems to have gotten a little better, they are thicker now and I have normal (physiological) shedding, but it's not back to the original thickness of when I was <=15, I'm considering seeing an expert trichologist, I'm thinking it might be a genetic thyroid problem since all of my siblings have it.

With the older one it started when he was 16, with the other one it's just getting started (he's 21). I am a woman and my hair is also thinning. My mom has the same thing. My dad is of course bald.
