I'm not big on Twin Peaks but David Lynch is one of my favourite directors and I have to admit that the new season is pretty fucking terrible all things considered. I'd say it is the worst thing he has ever made and it's sad that he'll probably end his career on such a bad note.

I've gotta disagree, Dune has always put me to sleep. This new season will work a lot better as a long and meditative experience that can be enjoyed in as few sittings as possible than as an episodic series. This fake once-a-week crap might be the worst nostalgia bait of all of this to be honest.
