I'm in the minority with my opinion for sure. I think overall it's decent but I really don't like the structure. The season overall doesn't at all feel cohesive, each character has been given a little crescendo moment in their particular episodes that to me makes it feel as though it hasn't coherently progressed to where we are now. It feels as though its moved in fits and starts. I feel as though some of the writing has been sloppy and I really dislike the use of Australia as a setting given that it feels so entirely arbitrary and it hasn't been used in any way at all. There's no strong sense of place in the way that there so beautifully was in season 2.

Anyway, I'm with you in hoping for a great finish.

So basically, when the departure occurred it create two separate realities, one in which 98% of people remained, and another where only the 2% remained. In both realities the departure occurred, the only difference being Nora for example would have been "departed" in her families universe.

Still, the finale wasn't very satisfying. It wasn't terrible but I think we need more time to absorb it, because it didn't feel like it concluded everything... it feels like there's another episode next week but there isn't.

I am a big fan of the show too but some of you are being really delusional about how weak and underwhelming the finale was. Would have been far more satisfying if the first half of the episode showed the story she told us.

This show wasn't meant to explain the departure. It was a character drama plain and simple. God's fucked up and did it for amusement and made Kevin a pawn to play and toy with for never dying. Kino at its finest. Imma miss this
