I saw Ryan Gosling at a grocery store in Lost Angeles yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn't want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything.

He said, "Oh, like you're doing now?"

I was taken aback, and all I could say was "Huh?" but he kept cutting me off and going "huh? huh? huh?" and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying.

The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like "Sir, you need to pay for those first." At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.

When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually "to prevent any electrical infetterence," and then turned around and winked at me. I don't even think that's a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

Awesome, and the plot is obvious: ryan flies around beating up rapists then at the end we find he's gay with a 10m tongue kiss with batman

The allegories in the comics are so very different than the ones in mos and bvs. In bvs, he took the allegories and ideas of superman to a LITERAL sense where the whole witty art and social commentary that was displayed in the comics became meaningless. I appreciate what he aimed to do but his execution is anything but witty. His execution of superman is both sloppy and meaningless. He reduced superman from a character of hope and wit to a one that is basically a walking bulldozer. That's my main problem with Zack Snyder. He can direct a mean beautiful shot but he lacks substance and the ability to convey ideologies.

There were no expository lines in bvs, every line said was like the last part of a sentence. It's horribly written. executed and edited. For god's sakes, in MoS Clark goes into a church and during the whole scene, a picture of jesus is above him. That's not how you do subtle meaningful ideologies. In bvs, it kept TELLING us that he's like jesus, the savior of man, but never did it convey it to us. That little montage that they showed us made me depressed, it looked as if he was in pain saving those people. The movie started with jimmy olsen getting shot when it had the perfect opportunity for superman to swoosh into the scene and save him. Clearly, someone explained superman to Zack and he then based his movies on that person's definition of superman.

I love cavill but im really sad that he got wasted on snyder's dccu.
