I'd say it takes me about 8 hours
>rewind good parts break
>refill snack break x2
>check wiki to make sure I'm following the plot right
>listen to music break
>post on /tv/ break
>look up pics of hot actresses pause
>>83524316
>not a single break to pee and poop during the 8 hours
right
an hour and a half

Another dumb post, from another dumb frogposter
I split 2 hour movies up in 20 minute segments and watch them over the course of a week, like a sitcom. I am a very busy person and I value my time very much, so 20 minutes each day is the absolute most of free time I can afford on a normal business day.
>>83524316
an hour: i read super fast so I turn on subtitles and watch it at 2x the speed
2 hours

>>83524316
If I like it, 3 or 4 hours top.
If I do not like it... I think 1 month was the worst (suicide squad)
>>83527368
You may be joking, but last week I watched The Departed over four days while eating my tea after work. I'm currently working out which movie to do next week.

>not shitting your pants while watching kino
pleb
>>83524316
2 days.
>movie begins
>finished eating 15 minutes in
>movie is boring, want to keep eating
>spend an hour throwing up
>weed break to get high before eating again
>40 minutes to drive to fast food place, get food, and come back
>weed break to get high again because 40 minutes passed
>throw the food out
>shitpost on /tv/ for 2 hours instead of just watching the movie
I'll try again tomorrow.
>>83524316
Usually 4-5 hours including pee breaks, popcorn breaks, and pausing to shitpost on /tv/.
>>83527798
>I think 1 month was the worst (suicide squad)
Why even bother at that point if you can only stomach it for a few minutes at a time?
Y'all need to get some drugs into you. Go to the docs. YA'll have adhd
>>83529737
adhd isn't real
>>83530014
Well lack of discipline. Go to the docs and see if he can give you some discipline ;)
>>83527417
Are you me?
>>83528349
>pants
>not wearing cinema diapers
noob
>how long will it take you to watch this 2 movie?
>3 weeks
>You have 24 minutes
>*Cracks knuckles
>I'll finish it in 9
>>83524316
Whether you're joking about this or not, people like this actually exist, and they're the reason that culture is dead.
>>83530513
>"though guy, huh? let's raise it to three movies"
>>83530513
>and your OTHER movie
>>83530408
They only give those out for screenings for Baywatch
>>83530716
>not buying your own
I skip any scene with romance, babies/children/teens, any boring expository dialogue, women talking and any long establishing shots
>>83530811
Yeah but then you might as well not watch the movie. That cuts out what, 75%?
>>83530811
>not doing any research before watching the movie
>>83530568
im not joking, but it applies to movies ive seen already. If it's a movie ive never seen before, i watch it nonstop
>not adjusting the speed of your movies according to their imdb ratings
Plebs

How do you eat your tea?
>>83531921
>following other people's opinions

One bite at the time, I believe
I like to mute the audio and imagine what they're saying in my head
>>83532194
That's what podcasts are for, anon
Two hours baby.
I go hardcore on movies, normal speed, no breaks, maybe some food and water by my side before it starts, and then I straight up binge that mother fucker.
>>83524316
>not watching at 1.25x speed in 2017.
>Google break for plotholes, catch up actor bios, funny lines of dialogue
>I spoil the movie for myself
>Get mad
Couple days. I'm a vociferous consumer of Breaking News about terrorist attacks and that tends to break up my film watching experience regularly
>>83532253
This for slow movies. This means most of the integrity of the original is intact but still being quicker.
1.5 for fast actiony movies. 1.5x just makes it funnier.
Films that don't fit in to either of these 2 are shit to begin with and will never be watched by me.
Suspense is meme used by shitty writers. It only scares little girls in screamer-based "horror" and thrillers. They are ALL shit.
And all love films are shit.
>>83532233
dude you dont have to pretend, nobody knows who you are here. at least keep it believable ffs
I watch movies in 10/15 minute increments.
Take a break to do whatever, and come back later to continue another 10/15 mins.
Some movies take all day or a span of two days of I'm busy.
About 40 min since I watch all my movies at 3x speed.
around 10 days, i guess
>put movie on my computer
>put it on sony vegas
>analyze every frame of the movie
>study the colors and shadows
>look for any trivia and comments on the movie
the movie's length times two
I watch the movie backwards first in order to see wether or not the end appears exciting or not. If it does I keep watching all the way to the beginning. Watching it backwards doesn't spoil it much for when I'll be watching it the correct way
