With the exception of the Better Call Saul cast, why are all the Breaking Bad actors having such trouble getting work? Look at the trash these people have to do to make ends meet.
Don't joke about The Commish.

I don't know what fucking villain he's even supposed to be. Also, is Leslie ThompkinsHarley Quinn
>>83520862
He's a huge comic book geek IRL, that's why he choose to be in those shitty Fantastic Four movies
What is that from?!
>>83520862
Who would've thought that Shane would have a better post-Shield career than Vic.
>>83521535
Walton Goggins is a great actor, I'm glad for him
Wait, who was he in Breaking Bad?
>>83523235
Walter
>>83521535
Michaels had a good career and cast in a ton of noticeable shit since the shield

Hank also got a major role as some kind of mobster in a show about sassy black/gay nail salon

>>83520862
That's Michael Chiklis, not Dean Norris.
>>83520862
Troll picture of Chiklis aside, Dean Norris is a veteran character actor. His Breaking Bad role brought him lots of work. It's just that he'll always be playing tough guy cops or military types.

The more time passes the less sure I am that Breaking Bad was good except for Bryan Cranston. Even the writing.
>>83520862
>why are all the Breaking Bad actors having such trouble getting work?
it's very hard to reinvent your image once you've played an extremely popular role on tv. Shatner had a tough time with that back in the day too. It took him years. MacLachlan went through a lull as well after twin peaks and showgirls.
Another hurdle is casting directors with an old habits die hard approach.
Cranston has been doing well compared to most tbf.
>>83524191
BrBa was pretty bad but it did kind of jumpstart modern television (with stuff like sopranos, Oz and Twin peaks being the progenitor of it)
>>83524191
Its shocking how much better Better Call Saul is
>>83524361
>nothing happening: the show
yeah alright

>baby need explosions and tons of gunfights to keep ADHD baby occupied
It's okay, child, the adults are watching grown up shows.

>he really thinks BCS is some high-brow cerebral show
>>83524232
Eh... FX had several acclaimed series before AMC became the big cable player.
>>83525006
Like what?I really can't think of any.
There were some middling shows like Weeds and Dexter which kind of paved the way for BrBa I suppose.
Actually turns out both of those shows were made by Showtime.
>>83520862
I bet he was so fucking pissed too, if you haven't seen gotham he gets introduced as a pretty respectable guy, a war vet and the new Commissioner of Gotham PD. Not even a year later they've retconned him into this retard that runs around ranting about justice with a knife for an arm and the most humiliating costume possible even for gotham.

>>83525223
The Shield got the ball rolling on the whole prestige basic cable drama thing.
>>83524191
Wasnt that great overall but was excellent at keeping you invested week to week and making you want to know what would happen next. Really played to the strengths of being a tv show.
