Germany under the Prussians and through to the Nazis were pretty orderly and militaristic. You had the decadence of the Wiemar Republic, strangely you had something similar in Japan at the same time the Taisho period.

Certainly East Germany went through the 60s unfazed as were the Soviets. A Nazi Germany could have too, assuming the US isn't the cultural power house it was, and run by Jews. It's doubtful that the Nazis could have conquered the US or even wanted to. If they did though their slip into liberalism as we know the term wouldn't have happened until decades later, and not at the same rate as in the US.
