I just watched it the other day and you're in for a ride. It's pretty neat that the french know how to make movies. It's violent, sexual and has a great fitting score to set some very great moments. I think in terms of entertainment this is on a very high level but that's coming from someone who enjoys foreign movies in their original language with subs, so if you're having trouble with that it might affect your experience. Sure there are some scenes where I felt the acting isn't on point and if you're from /pol/ you'll have a lot of trouble with the stronk independent women tropes but if you can filter these nuances out, I think you will enjoy how they handle the dramaturgic progression. Just don't ask people on this board for opinions, because they hate movies.

The plot sounds retarded as fuck, like one of those gratuitously "provocative" human centipede movies, yet it has some great review scores. What's so great about it?
