How would you have changed the series finale? Sure, Jack passing the torch to Hurley and his death reminiscent of the first episode was kino, but the flash sideways could have ended a bit differently I suppose.

I was pretty disappointed it was literally purgatory. Flash sideways shouldn't have existed at all. Or maybe it would've been better if the nuke really did change the timeline.

The lost finale just had me thinking "well that's four years I'll never get back," every second of the episode.

E.g. it was heavily implied Walt had mystical abilities that let him summon animals and the Others were interested in him, but they had to cut that plot when the actor was visibly aging

L O S T generals became the most viewed and commented on the forum.
All everyone could talk about was Lost.
Meta lost posts everywhere.

Only 3 of the knives weren't pieces of shit.
The discontinued SOG Tigershark increased in price tenfold to over $800 around that time.
The market for it is stagnant, but it hasn't considered down much since.
