Not a teacher but it happened to me. 5 year old niece accused me of touching her privates. When I say accused I mean she asked another adult to tough her privates and when they asked her why she would say that, she replied that I was doing it.

Literally only thing that saved me was that she said it happened before I first met her, in a place I hadn't been to since I myself was a kid. Even then it still took over a year to finally get sorted out.
