Honestly, this is the same thing that would happen if they were to try and do a reboot of FRIENDS today. It was a bunch of white friends trying to get by and find out what they want to do. It would be buried in horrible reviews because it's not politically correct or progressive enough.

This was actually a surprisingly good flick, I got my ticket for free though, I'm not sure I'd pay to see it unless I was with a hot girl

Not gonna lie, The Rock fan here. Baywatch is fucking hilarious and fun, a true summer blockbuster. But in all seriousness we can't let those critics create a disconnect with the fans.
