1. How was David able to be in a position to murder the engineers, a species far more intelligent than David

Felt like there were a lot of artifacts from script rewrites. Basically at any given time you could have asked the characters what the fuck they were doing, and they'd be stumped if they needed to explain their actions more than 2 chains backwards.

The fact that this movie might kill the alien franchise, before Ridley can actually do the movie he wants to (the one set between Prometheus and Covenant. The one that would actually be a sequel) makes me hate it
