Yeah I'll watch it
not too hyped about it to be honest but I'll watch it sure

They wrote the season thinking it would be the best satire of the Clinton presidency.
Then the unexpected happened, making their fiction look more desirable than the reality for most of their audience which is liberal. It will flop.

reality really has become more interesting than this series.
due to the 2016 elections and the political upheaval i've become thorougly educated about the powers at play in american politics, how pay-for-play works, where corruption lies and the finer details about the inner workings of washington, and it's completely de-mystified this show for me.

yup, i'll watch it just to keep up with it/get it over with/talk about it with others in the office. i won't enjoy it though. last season with frank turning into a cripple/literal cuckold was just boring. honestly, it's been boring since he became president.

Veep had the same problem. Once the main character gets to actually rule then a lot of the plotlines become silly and it just gets boring to watch. There needs to be that struggle to improve one's lot in life in order for conflict to survive.
