The average guess in that webm is that the black spirit is one of the spirits that hanged out with with the main antagonist of the original series, essentially a demon, since it looks similar to one seen in Fire Walk With Me.

Considering theres evidence that the main in the cell at the start of the webm was possessed similarly to those possessed by the main antagonist from the original series.
