An evil Jet Li is sentenced to a desolate prison planet where all the worst scum of the multiverse are kept, and has to fight his way to the top of the pile to escape. You could throw in everything from Mecha-Billy the Kid to Evil AU Churchill to Hyper-Dracula and his Satanic love slave, Lizzie Borden with a flying guillotine arm.
