Haha water story mark
>>

1.) Noone knows
2.) It's thought Poland based on the fact he is catholic and from a communist Eastern Bloc nation as described by his own words.
3.) He got a brain injury from a car accident and it's why he's so weird.
4.) to make crappy movies and psis off CA

nah, his accent is not "polish". As a Pole I see his facial construction and I see a serbian or other balkanic nogger
>>
>>83177125
Part of his accent probably comes from brain injury during that car crash.
>>
I met him, he's legitimately weird as fuck, possibly retarded
>>
>>83177143
>>83177080

maybe plane crash

I guess he's really embarrassed about his past so he's gone to great lengths to disguise and/or hide it completely.

IIRC he's originally from some eastern bloc country and moved to France as a teenager. There was a thing in the book about him getting raped by French cops and that being really weird for him. He was obsessed win America, and moved to Louisiana and stayed with relatives but never really fit in. Then he moved to San Francisco and started a business bootlegging designer brand jeans and made a mint.

I think this was about the time he got in a really bad motorcycle accident and suffered a bunch of brain damage. The settlement he got from that combined with the money he made off of selling knock off jeans gave him enough money to finance The Room.

I don't think he has an "end game" per says, just that he loves movies and American culture and wants to be seen as the artistic visionary he believes he is.

>create "you're tearing me apart" scene

Probably some Eastern European gangster in hiding

He probably thought that if he became famous no one would try to have him wacked because of all the attention it would bring

Well he did end up famous, just not in the way he probably wanted

Move on to the next question
>>
>>83177506
Him getting beaten by the cops took a roll on him, and it's also implied he was sexually abused by older men when he was young. Mark's book is shockingly affecting and absolutely hilarious at other points
>>
>>83177041
>>83180236
If he's Polish, someone needs to find him and yell something in Polish that would make him react in a way only a Polander would react.
>>
>>83177080
DB cooper was probably Canadian.

His speaking style was actually was described as polite, erudite, and slightly formal with very few contractions or slang. His accent was described as more or less american, but slightly more refined somehow. This is exactly how an educated Canadian would speak.
>>
>>83182026

Tommy barely reacts to his own name in English, didn't that happen in the book when Greg or his mom shouted after him in French and he kept walking?
>>
Does he have Israeli passport?
>>
>>83177222
james franco is too good looking and the other shithead is way too ugly.
>>
Was he autistic ?

It would work so well.
>>
>>83181933
I'm morbidly intrigued by this. What's the book called?
>>
How come that suddenly "The Room" had a spike in popularity?
>>
>>83183059
Nostalgia Critic
>>
>>83176997
I'm not a native english speaker, so can someone please explain "You're tearing me apart, Lisa!" to me?

I've watched The Room like 4 times and it's hilarious, a lot of shit is completely ridiculous. But I never understood why that specific line is so infamous. Is it a strange thing to say? is it just him over-acting?

Not at all
>>
>>83176997
he's polish, his name is Wisła, which is spelled Wiseau.
>>
>>83183546
>which is spelled Wiseau.
pronounced*
>>

thanks friend
>>83183546
doesnt look very polish though
>>
>>83177041
>Tomasz Łajzo

Pole for sure
>>
>>83183313
He adopted Wiseau because of the French word "oiseau" and something that had to do with the letter W, which I forget. It was explained in the book.
>>
>>83183546
Tomasz Wisła hmm
I gonna see in police database if someone's is missing or wanted
>>
>>83179638
I got the test results back, it definitely has breast cancer. Anyway you should marry Johnny, he'll be good for you.
>>
>>83182981
The Disaster Artist. James Franco has a movie based on it coming out (he plays Tommy, his younger brother plays Greg) and I'm psyched.
>>
>>83183546
>>83183313
Except he made that up as a fuck up of "oiseau" which is French for bird. Before he got the clothes business he hustled toy bitds on the streets and got the nickname "bird man". There is a newspaper clipping òf it.

Do you even understand The room lore?
>>
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dXlao2KNYjQ
>>
>>83183891
does he have a patreon?
he is so much popular he would get few millions in one day
>>
>that fucking football
>>
>>83181933
There's the stuff about him selling toy birds on the streets, too, taking his 'new' surname from the French for bird, oiseau.

The part where it describes him flying the birds is really poetic and like something from a genuine literary novel
>>
>>83181861
His head tracks the ball and his hand starts to move to catch it, before he (consciously?) decides not to.
>>
>>83183836
>It seems to me like you lay eggs, bird-Mark!
>No, I definitely don't lay eggs, bird-Johnny.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gnaL7jR7fO4
The answer is in the film.
>>
>>83184680
There are so many layers to his art.
>>
>>83183646
>doesnt look very polish though
picture him with his head in a toillet, then it works
