>A group of illegal Mexican immigrants cross the border to work for corrupt FBI Agents who want to wipe out a Mexican-Chicano and African-American street gangs so that they can drive the price of real estate down for their proxy to snap up and then turn the place from a ghetto to an area with pricey condos and high-rise apartments
>He is given an American citizenship with connections to a powerful Cartel with DEA Agents also on their payroll
>Leader of the group is Antonio Montoya (Diego Luna), his father was an American, his mother a Spaniard
>He works with a couple of powerful people in Hollywood, Music Industry and in Politics who belong to a Powerful Cult who control 85% of the world's wealth, they take a shining to him for his honesty and boldness
>Help him take control of a large section of LA where he has street gangs working for him, along with prison gangs
>Makes connections with a rival Cartel, the Illuminati help him to get cocaine across to the States and to cut out his former Cartel by getting the Federales down on them
>Becomes the King of LA and has over 900 billion, enough to become "invisible"
>Until he sees what the Elite are really doing - child sacrifice and he declares a secret war against them with one of the corrupt FBI agents
>All his connections turn on him but his street presence is way too powerful so the Elite bring in another immigrant from South America to take over his operations
>Ends in a massive shoot-out, everyone dies. Ending has clues where maybe he escaped and disappeared with his love interest
