Overall it is probably the weakest of the CW capeshit
HOWEVER, season 2, while not good, was at least watchable, which is a massive step up from the dungheap that was season 1. They dumped the garbage villains, killed the Jimmy/Kara romance no one wanted, and brought in Superman. And the dialogue was way much better (still not great, but again, watchable).
