Yes, but try not to get too caught up in the mystery/sf bullshit, because the show will disappoint you in those regards. People say "it's the characters that matter!" like an ironic joke excuse for the plot being a mess, but that really is the case here if you want to appreciate the show better.

Despite that, avoid spoilers still. You should at least have some fun discovering things for yourself.

No. It's a very mediocre show, that managed to stand out because of clever mystery themes. Now that we know that all the mysteries are never properly resolved and haphazardly wrapped up by extremely convoluted bullshit there aren't many reasons to watch it.

It's a show made to watch while it airs, one episode per week and then shitpost about it.
Without that element 90% of the fun is gone.
It may still worth a watch.
But frankly I don't want to rewatch it.
