I'd love flashbacks to Michael Douglas Pym being an abusive husband. It would make the disappearance of Janet far more tragic. I was expecting him to be the surprise villain of that first movie and come out in a black Antman suit.

That's the problem, though. If she actually uses those wings to fly and not some jet/rocket pack, then she's at the mercy of the mechanical limitations on the wings themselves.

Sort of like seeing Scott fly around covering huge distances on flying ants when you can jog faster than they can fly.

If you accept power suits then you accept they have surpassed normal mechanical limitations. Iron Man has a suit of super strong materials that can just hover completely stable.

I'm not talking materials or technology here. I'm talking actual physical limitations. A wasp beats its wings at 250 times per second just to hit 35 mph. If they scale that up and show her flying at "incredibly hihg speeds" at full size, it will be awesome. I hope that's what they do, but I doubt it. They'll just show her zipping around like a wasp that can fly hundreds of mph and it'll be fun for those of us who can either turn our brains off or don't know any better, and sort of annoying for those of us who can't.

I'm not a fan of that skirt like part, I think a tight suit showing waist hips and boobs would be enough to make it feminine. The skirt clearly serves no actual purpose so why have it?

I want her to shrink me to about 8 inches tall and then stuff me in her boot and wear me like a comforting insole for the rest of my life. I would be able to survive her steps and stomps because shrinking makes you more durable in that world.

In one version (Ultimate Marvel I think) she was actually a mutant with little useless wings so they gave her an Antman suit that didn't shrink her wings, so when she was small her wings worked.
