Now that the dust has settled, what do we think about this movie?

It's a solid film, great Twlight Zone esq premise.

It was average. The beginning of his downfall.

It's my favorite Shamalamdingdong movie. I love it. The setting, the language, the use of color and shadow; All perfect. The only bad thing is that we didn't get to see mommy's tits or feet.

Pretty good as long as you don't care that the twist about the monsters is super obvious. Cool soundtrack, and BDH is a cutie

to me the movie was boring, because monster or not didnt even matter from the start.

why, you ask? because monsters are ALWAYS just embodiments of the human mind, the subconcious. the evil parts of the humand mind which cant always be controlled and which cant be seen have existed since ever. they were given a personification with satan. every literal monster you see on screen is just that.

so it didn't matter to me from the start if the monster was actual in the movie or in their heads, because the monster is always in the head (if it isn't a wolf or a bear or something that really exists IRL).


plebbitors cant grasp this concept because they do not know about the philosophy of good and evil and how it came about. that's why they love this movie, they are still blue pilled about the human subconscious.
