It's already happening. The dominant culture on 4chan used to be late 80s kids. Then it moved onto early 90s kids. Now you will routinely find people admitting they were born in 97, 98, 99, even the rare 2000.

What was that n64 game where you could pick different vehicles or mechs, and play on different planets like mars and jupiter...
It was kind of like Twisted Metal but Sc-fi, and i remember it having a black cartridge.
That game was fun as fuck.

I remember playing Kirby and having a blast after renting it at Hollywood.

Staying up on the weekends all night long playing through the whole co-op of Perfect Dark was maximum comfy.
My sister and I used to fuck around alot on the multiplayer mode with Bots. It was fun playing with all the different AI profiles.

Mom was a Mario fanatic, it was fun watching her play through it like a pro. My parents used to stay up all night playing Mario, they even had a binder full of Magazine clippings and guidebooks for Mario 64. Donkey Kong and Banjo Kazooi was always fun too.
