1. CH and Crime Watch Daily have felt some slight pity over the fedora lad since filming it because he was only 19. They considered airing it with his face blacked out, but have now decided to not air it altogether.

2. They took down pizza guy video because they forgot to black-out a telephone number during the episode, which they caught some heat for.

3. HvP was originally supposed to be a subscription based only program. Once Crime Watch Daily got involved, which helped exposure for the show and bring in revenue, the rules changed. This is why none of the backers from the crowd funding have received their prizes.

It kind of does. They finished all the filming before Crime Watch Daily got involved, and most of the rewards were "sneak previews" or some shit, but once they contracted with CWD they handled all promotion for the show, which means CH is legally prohibited from filling a bunch of the rewards. Since a bunch can't be fulfilled, he didn't want to look like he's playing favorites by fulfilling the ones he can, so they just cut losses altogether with the crowd funders. It's a shitty situation for them but it is what it is.
