Also, tina fey has a new show on nbc called good news. It isn't great but it has actual belly laughter moments.

Watched two episodes so far of the new season. Same good shit.

Characters aren't as brilliant as 30 rock (will another show ever top the Liz-Jack dynamic?), but the jokes and one liners are just as good and I would even say the dramatic storylines have a bit more meat on them than they had in 30 rock, which is a plus.

I downloaded it, but I still have season 2 that I downloaded last year that I didn't even get around to watching yet.

I didn't even finish season 1. I was off-put by the black gay dude. Just saving them for a rainy day, I'll watch eventually.

We all know sunny, naive people, but none like Kimmy. Or grouchy old jewish ladies, but none like Lillian. Or superficial faux-rich bitches but none like Jacqueline. OK so maybe you don't quite all know people like them, and I think the characters in 30 rock and kimmy being of the type you never meet in real life unless you're a rich new yorker in show business is a common criticism. But the point is they're all extreme caricatures.
