Why did the Thing hate Windows so much?
People fear what they don't understand.

>Still not fucking finished

scifi horror movies, horror movies or just anything independant or mid-budget goes right to streaming now. that's where anything actually good is headed.
theatres are all full of billion dollar marvel/disney movies and failing studios trying desperately to copy them
>>82903301
>why will we never get a sequel to this?
why would you want one, it's a perfectly self contained story. I'd rather have a spinoff or something of the sort
>on a side note: anyone else been noticing the lack of scifi horror movies as of late?
Yes. They're more expensive than regular horror movies and the only big-budget shit anyone wants to see is capeshit
Windows and the Dog guy were fucking annoying

My main /thing/ issue relates to the UFO that Wilford Brimley constructs in order to escape the facility.
I can accept all the body horror and biological nonsense related to the Thing itself but this 1950 sci fi movie UFO strains belief, especially the idea that Wilford Brimley just made it out of helicopter parts
