The statement was plain as day, chigur or whatever used elective willpower under the delusion he was an an arbiter of fate. That's a scary fact of a lot of sociopaths and serial killers, the total lack of humanity to the point it transcends into some aborted..fucking god complex.

I think all three characters are a reflection of the same personality. I love the disappointment of the anticipated scene,it was never the point of it being an action film or a about the money film or anything, it was just a story for exploring the personalities of all three distinct characters and making tje connections to see the larger image.
