I raise you Kin Dza Dza, my favorite film from my childhood in Ukraine. Dystopian fantasy criticising communism slipping by the communist censors. Really creative and really funny.

I still way prefer the book, but the film is fairly faithful adaptation, even if its stupid cartoon bugs fail to conjure up an atmosphere the way the book did
