Yeah, it seems pretty ripe for adaptation. It takes place in Chicago and the characters are Americans so there wouldn't be any outcry about whitewashing if they cast Caucasian actresses. You'd still need a part-Indian actress for Rally.

That would be good too but I think Gunsmith Cats translates the best to Hollywood. All you need are three young, pretty actresses to throw into an action movie with a classic rock soundtrack. It can't fail.

While it would be nice to have actors close to the age of the original characters I don't think it would be very likely. Everybody would get aged up 3 to 5 years. So Minnie May would become a 21 year old who can pass for 15.
