The real pain would fall on the directors, Richard, Erlich and that guys Dad. Directors are liable for company breaches, though they probably have a defence of having delegated legal matters to a lawyer. So the lawyer would be the liable party, that faggot 'cool' lawyer with the guitar and shit.

In the end the only party with absolutely no liability potential is Gilfoyle, but I'd expect all of them except the lawyer to be safe too. The entire reason of paying a lawyer is for these very situations, his negligence is what caused the problem.
