Haven't seen it yet, however I'm pretty interested in watching it, as much as a cash-grab prequel it may seem like I like the idea. There have been some critically panned but audience loved movies (meme example but Batman Vs Superman comes to mind). I like to avoid critics until After i've seen it. Arrival though I ended up spoiling the twist for me, but still amazed me.
