What app(s) do you use to listen to podcasts. Lately I've pretty much switched over to Laughable on my phone, but my tablet doesn't support it so I just use sticher or SoundCloud. Open to new suggestions though
Overcast, my man.

yeah not really, it actually works fine. I have 4 paid podcast apps and have recently reverted to using Apple's stock app. Overcast can't even properly connect to my paid subscription podcasts.

I've never had a single issue with that app.

Dude who makes it is an SJW fag.

Good taste, but to your point and also >>82703065
it takes 45 seconds to a minute to open, and crashes quite frequently when it tries. I stuck with it for years though because it has such a huge database of podcasts and a halfway decent search function, but the drawbacks were so annoying I had to start looking for alternatives. Also, a big thing that actually stops me from paying for podcasts I like on patreon or whatever is because I can't find a dedicated app where everything will just show up in my feed. You have to go to the person's site or download it, and I just want to have all my podcasts in one single easily navigateable place if possible.

That's exactly why I use the stock app. I tried four others and none of them could handle it. I use it for hours a day and have never had it crash, that's pretty weird, maybe you should update ios or something.

That's weird. I actually never had those problems until maybe 6-7 months ago when I updated iOS on my 6, then it started. I thought maybe it would go away when I switched to the 7, but no- still takes forever to open and crashes like 50% of the time in the process.
Maybe I'm cursed.
Podcast republic. Once you subscribe it makes all the podcasts that were available at the time of subscription available forever. So I have Hardcore history episodes dating back to Ghosts of the Ostfront and all that followed available without paying for instance. It's also customizable and such and have a radio.

Thanks. I'm going to look into it. That would be a hell of work around for listening to old Earwolf podcasts, because they just started putting anything over 6 months old behind a paywall and I've been listening since 2009.

I hope it works for you. I'm certain it will save the ones from now on but not sure about the ones before installation.

Winamp.

Oh shit, guess I better use a different app then!!
