I think the biggest problem was they failed to have good main antagonists after S01 and S02. Gyp was a fucking joke, he was just an asshole for the sake of being an asshole. Wouldve been much better if they changed the focus to Capone, Luciano, Lansky and Rothstein. Nuckys arc had a good closure with S02.

Did Nucky ever find out about their relationship? I can't remember.
