No. It's about a competent cop who gets angry sometimes. I think in the UK, it's mindblowing that it's a black guy and he can do his job, but for me it's just another cop show. Might as well watch Criminal Minds or SVU.

1st season is the best then they get rid of the most interesting character and it goes to meh pretty fast
