A new Miami Vice HBO series. Limited to three - ten episode - seasons with one overarching story arc in the twilight of the 1980s as police resources dwindle and drug smugglers become more and more ruthless. Brad Pitt as an older Crocket, John Boyega as a naive and often conflicted Tubbs. Mann as EP, episodes directed by Denis Villeneuve, Cary Joji Fukunaga, and the Coen brothers. fully no. the main cast would need to be real people to offset the otherworldly feeling of the fantasy world. especially bastian. atreyu could get away with being CGI but really you'd want the characters to be people in prosthetics and the nothing, rockbiter and all the other creatures atreyu encounters to be CGI.
