Someone told me I'd like Whit Stillman's movies so I watched them and I loved them.
>>82617560
Not him but I watched it as a kid not long after it came out. I remember not liking it because I I wasn't raised in a religious family and didn't believe in god, so it felt like it was trying to brainwash me or something. Then I watched it again when I was like 19 and its probably my favorite animated children's movie.

>Bringing Out the Dead
Is there a movie that came out around the same time that was kind of a rip off of that? I remember going to a private screening of a movie in Manhattan in 1999 or so, but I'm pretty sure if it was a Scorsese movie I'd remember.
>>82615949
I keep meaning to watch this. I love Julian Barratt. This a good place to start with Wheatley
>>82617719

Well, my memory is stupid. How did the rip-off come out a year before the Nic Cage movie? KEK
