What the writers should have done was not just show that she's force sensitive but instead show that she actively made use of the force in her own ways on Jakku. They should have had a couple of scenes of her trying to manipulate people and objects with the force on Jakku with some limited success. 5) While Rey has zero skill in lightsabering she was pretty good with that staff
6) Although Kylo is good with the Force and the lightsabers his training isn't complete as the movie notes

I doubt that much thought was put in to this scene, but it turned out well enough to get the point across; a normal human cannot function for long with a gaping hole in his abdomen. Every action requires a significant amount of blood flow to maintain, and realistically, he put up a harder fight than what should have been possible having been wounded for as long as he was.

Not even remotely the same principle. Motor oil has 1 function, to lubricate moving parts of an engine. The General Purpose of blood is to move Oxygen from the Lungs to the brain. If you're bleeding out you're loosing blood. Less blood means lower blood pressure, means blood flows slower, mean the brain gets less blood, means the body slows down, Means you get weaker, means eventually you lose consciousness.

The real reason why Rey was able to win

1. She's Force-destined like Anakin, nothing is going to stop her from achieving her intended destiny, whatever that is.

3. Kylo wasn't trying to kill her, he has specific orders to bring her in since Snoke is aware she's special like Anakin was.
4. If she's embodying the light side to make up for the 1,000 years the Sith shrine on Coruscant was snuffing out the light side (which is what Palpatine used to defeat the Jedi) then to correct the balance she might be several of times stronger than Kylo at his max even, so even untrained he might be like a child to her.
