Regardless, the biggest issues we have is that we focus on symptomatic care vs preventative care. Personally if you gave access to, lets say, simple screenings/tests/shots to everyone...you'd dramatically lower most of the major preventable conditions we have. It won't stop EVERYONE, but it will give a shock to enough people.

If you give this for "free" it may increase wait times, but its non-urgent care, so it shouldn't matter if it's right away or in a month. Preventive care almost always leads to better outcomes overall.

The US health system is pretty much the exact opposite of an ideal libertarian model, one of the glaring problems being government enforced restrictions on what states you're allowed to sell in, giving companies virtual monopolies on health insurance in a state. The supply of doctors is artificially controlled by the government, too. Only a limited amount are certified a year, and you shouldn't need 10 years of schooling to set a broken bone or identify strep as a family practitioner.
