Yes, there is a Nausicaa hardcover omnibus box set in the US where the entire saga is just two huge books.

There was also a deluxe hardcover release in Japan twenty years ago but they were released separately and I am not sure if they are still in print.

Businessmen and capitalists only have themselves to blame for being viewed as villains. Pretty hard to sympathize with people who see everything as something to be exploited for their own personal gain and also want all the power and money for themselves. When CEO's are saying paying $15 for minimum wage is too much for them but then have no problems giving themselves insane salaries and bonuses, it makes people look at them like they're greedy pieces of shit.

The military isn't always viewed as the bad guy. Most movies today typically show soldiers as being people that are just doing their duty. Mercenaries usually get vilified. In the 80's with the Cold War possibly going hot had lots of people not liking the military because at the time there was a big push to build more nukes.
