AD doesn't just repeat jokes in the meme sense - it takes concepts and transforms them for new situations each time. It's literally the same as baneposting - the core concept (the plane scene) is funny on its own, but it keeps getting applied to new contexts that has allowed it to stay funny after all these years

I would say yes.... but the Netflix last season is not.

I'm sure it was way cheaper and easier just to make each episode follow one family member, but it really weakened the charm of the show, though some of the material was good, it was greatly inferior to the original run.
