I got all the nasty letters still and they are really horrible, they could have been written by a scam artist

The BBC and all their channels is government funded so there's a special tax that you have to pay if you watch TV. It's leftover from an era where there was no other channels to watch on telly.

If you can prove you're not watching then you don't have to pay, the guy in OPs video has been caught doing it and then tried to dodge all the fines so the police were called to mediate between him and the court bailiff sent to collect the money he owes.

Never had a tv license, you'd have to be a moron to get one but now online stuff like BBC iplayer is saying you need a tv licence as well.
