Is this movie any good? Only heard things from my friends and

Yeah, it's solid. Takes its time and builds the suspense, unlike almost every other modern mainstream horror/thriller.

The comedy scenes, while funny, felt a little jarring though.

It was mediocre. I felt like I was watching one long Key and Peele skit, especially with what happened at the end. I fucking hate Armond but I actually unironically agreed with him on his review of this. There were some funny moments though. I think it would have worked better as a comedy/satire piece.

it really wasn't good at all, but it might be worth watching just because it's interesting and your time is not valuable

Best movie of 2017 so far, it should get an Oscar nom.
