Determining someone's sex is something that can be done objectively and empirically through a DNA test. It is falsifiable.

Climate-models predicting global doom if everyone doesn't buy a Prius are not only NOT falsifiable, they have also been repeatedly proven to be wrong over and over again in the past.

There are also actual scientists who can verify that "Global Warming" is overblown and can back it up with evidence.
