Extremely fine now that I've watched the new Leftovers episode.
>>82306822
Good show. This season seems to be heavily inspired by The last wave.
Let he who knows Kino cast the first stone.

How does someone who's been here since 2014 watch movies that slowly?
>>82307961
>not watching art films at 0.5 speed
>mfw some of my """friends""" rated intolerance 2/5

Going to go see Free Fire with /the missingpatient in about two hours.
>Street Cat Named Bob
The cat out acts every human in the movie.

Why are you not giving Triumph of the Will the 4/5 it deserves?
>>82309527
Free fire rules I hope you enjoy it

Fucking kek.
>>82309656
Still deciding on a rating. It was grandiose and epic and bloated and beautifully shot and staged and all for show. Hard to decide.

Thanks, enjoyed High Rise before and the cast looks amazing.
tarkovsky is shit
What do you think of this, /lbg/?

thanks for the rec megaautist, even though I thought the movie was bad and I hated it
Interesting as a curio, I'm aware of the pre-code time but not familiar with many of the movies from then, interesting to see what counts as 'wild' from then but i thought the film was extremely boring, it basically had all the stereotypes I have in my head of a 1930s film, with really hammy theatrical acting and filmed in a really non-dynamic way and everything seems to happen so slowly

"Asa Nisi Masa"
£12 to watch a flick? I'm staying home.

thanks brexit!
>>82312530
The Vue I used to go to would charger between £12 and £18 for tickets. Luckily a small cinema opened up 5 minutes walk from me and they charge either £5 or £7.50 now. Fuck Vue cinemas.

multiplexes are the worst
recently I went, paid over £10 per ticket, the screen wasn't masked properly and a teen literally answered his mobile phone during the film

Do they have discount days in the UK?
>>82313426
I think either Tuesdays or Wednesdays most cinemas will have discounted pricing.
>>82313426
Pricing varies quite a lot based on peak/off-peak pricing, and there's a nationwide scheme where Tuesdays and Wednesdays are 2 for 1 when you have insurance through a certain provider (but you can buy a £1.50 travel insurance and get that for a year)
R.I.P Mountain Girl. I won't forget your tsun.
