Actually I'm in the middle of it interestingly enough. The French Revolution from 1989. Although it's essentially a two-parter wiki calls it one movie for some reason. It's great though.

Longest movie - OJ: Made in America, almost 8 hours long and watched 2 hours a day for 4 days. Highly recommend.

Longest movie in one sitting - Gettysburg, 4 and a half hours. Couldn't stop until I finished.
