I liked it too when I was a kid, but then I watched it again as an adult..

I can't believe how bad it actually was. It's not a bitterness thing either. I still love stupid shit like Kung Pow, but Prison Break is actually really shit on second watching.

Season 1 isn't shit, desu.

It was never a smart television show, but I can still enjoy it for the dumb popcorn entertainment value. The show does insult your intelligence though, I wish the writers weren't so lazy and actually tried going for something that was engaging on a deeper level than cheap thrill after cheap thrill.

You know the plan isn't going to fail, so what is the point of having 10 close calls every episode, it's just annoying.
