Can Jed Mercurio even be stopped

Literally just watched it. Kinda what I expected but there were some unexpected twists. When I saw him make that phonecall I was like OHHHH. Still not sure what that Maneet's role was in the whole thing. She made some shifty movements....
>tried not to spoil it

I think Maneet was either blackmailed or she REALLY fucking hated her job/coworkers.

last episode doesnt explain it though. Season 4 i hope!

kinographe, this show doesn't get discussed enough on /tv/

this was series 4 mate
Series 2 > 4 > 3 > 1
I like that every series is interlinked but leaving us waiting till next series to find out the killers was pretty fucking shitty. It shows just how good it is that I care tho.
The only bad thing about BBC drama series. Tying show writers down would be a far better spend of the license fee than Strictly is.
Is that Thandie?

Yeah. She's the villain of series 4.

I've been burned by shitty British cop dramas before but WW gave me a taste for her. Is it standard fare?
Surprised at therelatively non-tragic resolution.
>>82244983
Nah LOD is legit good. Jed Mercurio is a don.
>>82245105
I wonder if he's taking a year off because he's doing True Detective season 3?

Line of Duty is probably the best "cop show" (more about anti-corruption officers versus cops) currently going, it's based around ridiculously well written and meaty interrogation scenes, fiendish plotting, also weirdly educational attention to the details. There's obviously artistic license taken but it's so entertaining no-one cares.
